Is your attic properly insulated?

	Here's an example of attic insulation that is only marginal at best. Notice that it is not distributed evenly and even at the high points it's only just over the 2 by 4's of the trusses. Definitely less than acceptable.
	Notice that in this attic the insulation is well over the 2 by 4's  and is distributed evenly throughout. We would estimate this as exceeding the suggested R-30 minimum.
Don't trust your Insulation Dollars to just anyone. Call FPL's Customer Service and set up a FREE Home Energy Survey. They will come out to your home, check your entire house for potential energy loss locations and check your attic insulation. In addition, for a minimal fee of $30 for the first unit, and $15 for each additional unit, they will perform a duct test for air leaks, as well as a pressure test.
